Shanghai Baoyi Industrial Company Limited is located in Shanghai City, the economical and financial center of China. Wuxi Zhendong Steel Tube Factory is our branch factory. Our company enjoys convenient transportation such as being adjacent to two airports, two huge railway stations, expressways and deep port.

With the rapid development of recent years, our company is becoming more famous. We specialize in producing and selling seamless steel tubes. Our products include different kinds of alloy steel tubes, oil and oil-meet steel tubes, high/middle/low pressure boiler steel tubes, construction steel tubes and liquid steel tubes. We not only produce and sell our products but also act as an agent of other famous steel product factories. Our seamless steel tubes are widely used in the fields of chemistry, mechanic, architecture, public utility, oil and boiler industries. We can sell 100,000 metric tons of steel tubes annually.

We also built a factory, Wuxi Zhendong Steel Tube Factory, with the total investment of USD7,500,000. Our factory covers an area of 30,000 square meters. There are 300 excellent employees in our company, of whom 15% are engineers and senior technical engineers. Our annual capacity of seamless steel tubes are 50,000 metric tons, of which the alloy steel tubes, oil steel tube and oil-meet steel tubes account for 60%, and the ordinary seamless steel tubes account for 40%. We have two lines of hot perforation units, No. 50 and No. 76 sets as well as 11 lines of cold draw units (10MT-150MT).

Our dominant products are the oil steel tubes, oil-meet steel tubes, alloy steel tube, as well as seamless steel tubes with diameters from 6mm to 121mm and thickness from 1mm to 20mm. We also manufacture coal mine sustaining tubes and liquid tubes such as piston tubes, precision tubes, and screw cover tubes. We can produce various steel tubes with the annual capacity of 80,000 metric tons. We have passed the certification of API and ISO9001:2000. Our manufacturing standards are according to the API SPEC 5CT, ASTM, GB5310-1999, GB6479-1999, GB9948-1999, GB3087-1999, DIN, JIS, GB/T8162-1999, and GB/T8163-1999. We enjoy a high reputation in the domestic steel industry.

To ensure the high quality of our products, we have established a standard lab and a strict criterion system which can test from the raw materials to the finished products. Our testing machines include pressure-testing machine, spectrum machine, stretch-testing machine and flaw detecting machine.

We strive to develop instruments that can improve the productivity, reliability, and efficiency such as the perforation machine unit, anneal furnace, rectification machine, inspection machine and packaging machine. Our priority exists in providing a complete line of selling, consulting, service and maintenance. We also have built a complete set of producing and selling quality management system to ensure that every process is strictly in good control.
